We are now using Hallmaster to process our bookings and invoices online. This means you are able to see availability and make a booking request at any time of the day. Plus you will have an account where you will be able to view and amend your bookings, as well as view and pay by card for any invoices. Invoices can also be paid for separately by bank transfer from your own online bank.
Please note that bookings you create are only provisional and will need to be confirmed by us. You will also see a user guide on the dashboard of your account when you login on how to use the system.

NOTES:
Unless you book the Whole Hall, you may have to share the facilities with another booking (e.g. Kitchen).
MUGA bookings only have access to the foyer for toilet facilities and to switch on floodlights. There is no access to the kitchen or any other hall facilities.
MUGA season rates change roughly in line with when the clocks change (Winter and Summer rates).
If alcohol is on sale at your event, there may be an additional charge of £20 – please see information in the KMVH Sale of Alcohol document on the FAQs page.
All rates are inclusive of heating and lighting.

Main Hall & Kitchen Only
The Main hall is a large area that you can book for a large class or event.
Hall Dimensions: 18.5m x 9.7m (approx. 60 x 30 ft)
Kitchen dimensions: 4.5m x 4m (approx. 15′ x 13′ ft)

Maximum number of people in the main hall must not exceed the numbers shown in the table above. During the event you should have some means of ensuring that you know how many people are in attendance.
Committee Room & Kitchen Only
The committee room is a mid-sized room that users can use as a bar, cloak room, or for any other idea you may have.
Dimensions 6.6m x 4.5m (approx. 21’7” x 14’9” ft)
has double doors to the main hall and a door to the adjacent kitchen.
The room can accommodate 20 people seated and is fitted with a bar.

MUGA (Multi Use Game Area)
The Multi Use Games Area can host an outdoor sports club or event. Floodlights are also available to be used on the booking (mainly used during the Winter season).
Booking the MUGA
The MUGA can be booked either for one-off use, or by teams wishing to use the facility on a regular basis.
Ad-Hoc use of the MUGA
Village residents are free to use this facility during daylight hours ONLY.
However they must immediately leave the court if it has already been booked.

Whole Hall (Exclusive Use)
PUBLIC EVENTS
Unless your event is strictly for “family and close friends” e.g. a wedding, it is classified as a Public Event. For a public event, a few special rules apply – although it is wise to follow them for all events!
The maximum number of people in the large hall must not exceed the numbers shown in the details above.
A set of Special Terms and Conditions apply, in addition to the normal conditions of hire.
