We are using Hallmaster to process our bookings and invoices online. This means you are able to see availability and make a booking request at any time of the day. Plus you will have an account where you will be able to view and amend your bookings, as well as view your invoices. Invoices can be paid for separately by bank transfer from your own online bank (details on invoice) or by card online using Stripe. You can see a user guide on the dashboard of your account when you login on how to use the Hallmaster system.

- Exclusive weekend or commercial hire is by special arrangement – contact the Trustees by email (see our About Us page).

The prices given above are correct at time of publication.
All rates are inclusive of heating and lighting.
Unless you book the Whole Hall, you may have to share the facilities with another booking (e.g. Kitchen).
If alcohol is on sale at your event, there may be an additional charge of £20 – please see information in the KMVH Sale of Alcohol document on the FAQs page.
Special rates are available for contract bookings from groups meeting regularly at the hall – Please contact the Trustees by email (see our About Us page).

Room Booking Options
These are the booking details for specific room combinations.
Main Hall & Kitchen
The Main hall is a large area that you can book for a large class or event and can involve use of patio area. Kitchen is a shared resource.
Committee Room & Kitchen
The Committee room is a mid-sized room that users can use as a bar, cloak room, or for any other idea you may have. Kitchen is a shared resource.
MUGA (Multi Use Game Area)
The Multi Use Games Area can host an outdoor sports club or event. Floodlights are also available.
- MUGA season rates change roughly in line with when the clocks change (Winter and Summer rates).
- Please note : Access available only to the hall’s foyer for toilet facilities and to switch on floodlights. There is no access to the kitchen or any other hall facilities.
Whole Hall (Exclusive Use)
Exclusive use of all of the Hall facilities. Generally the MUGA is unavailable for use if the whole hall has been booked. However if it is required, there is an additional charge for the MUGA.
PUBLIC EVENTS
Unless your event is strictly for “family and close friends” e.g. a wedding, it is classified as a Public Event. For a public event, a few special rules apply – although it is wise to follow them for all events:
A set of Special Terms and Conditions apply, in addition to the normal conditions of hire.
The maximum number of people in the large hall must not exceed the numbers shown in the details on the Facilities page.
